Returns
You have 07 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging. the item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving back the item, our technical team will inspect the product and process your refund if eligible. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 07 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
